All sales are final. Due to the collectible nature of trading card game (TCG) products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any TCG items, including sealed products, booster packs, booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, individual cards, accessories, or preorders.

Please inspect your order at the time of pickup. If you receive the wrong item or an item that is damaged due to our error, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
